As well as registering/logging in on our website https://oxfordlearning.slovoed.com to redeem a dictionary code, you also need to make sure to log in inside the Oxford Learner’s Dictionaries app with this same username and password, in order to be able to download your full dictionary for free.
In the iOS app, the option to log in is in the Catalogue tab.
Once you have logged in inside the app, then you should be able to download your dictionary for free.
If you are still having difficulties, please send us screenshots of what you see in the app after you have logged in.
