Google Play will grant you a full refund if you return an app or in-app purchase within two hours of buying it. More information and instructions can be found on this Google Play support page.
If more than two hours have passed, or if Google Play’s support team has been unable to assist you, then we (OUP) may also be able to give you a refund. Please contact us at email@example.com with your request.
To refund you, we will need the following information:
- The name of the in-app purchase you would like a refund for
- The reason you would like a refund
- Your ‘Transaction ID’ or ‘Order number’. This will be in the confirmation email you received from Google Play, or you can look it up using the Google payments centre.
Please note that any refunds will be at our discretion.
